i would like to know what is the best firewall software to use and if it is free what is the website to go and why you say it’s a good firewall software thanks
I just use the plain old basic windows firewall and sometimes no firewall at all. I never had any huge problems, and for a while now I have been virus free. So as long as you run regular virus scans, you should be just fine.
The Look and Feel of Windows Seven LITE Build 6801..
This is the result of creating the Windows Seven Lite with Vlite .
Could not wait to get it running and filmed that aswel.
That film will come online as soon if i found a decent program to edit the video thats on the Windows Seven lite PC i used for that purpose.
Windows seven comes without Moviemaker and my Magix movie edit pro wont run on Windows Seven.
Av video editor 4.0 runs fine but i dont have a license for that software so it mess up my video with a big LoGO in the middle of the video..so i must look for a better video editor.
In this first episode also the beautiful rocket dock that i made part of my windows seven lite.
Kaspersky is for now the best firewall scanner i found for this version of Windows seven Lite(beta 1 ) build 6810.

It was the original firewall software for Windows PC, very stable, very comprehensive, most of the big corporates use it.

i have sunbelt kerio right now, i also want to know if zone alarm pro better than the one i have right now.
A leak test was done sometime back on free & paid for firewalls & the one which came first was a free one; comodo free firewall – zonealarm came third, kerio came second.

So i have downloaded old sygate version but not intstall it yet. I was wondering if i should use zone alarm or comodo 3.0.Just asking if anybody use any of these versions.I want something for laptop so i know it is safe before i start using it.
The Zone Alarm free firewall is probably the best combination of protection + user friendliness. The Comodo Firewall Pro (free despite its "Pro" name) has a pretty steep learning curve and can be a somewhat confusing and/or annoying to the inexperienced or those who don’t have a lot of patience.
If however you’re not bothered or intimidated by a firewall that is pretty intrusive for a while, Comodo is almost without question the best available. (See source below for some firewall comparisons.)
Finally, the Windows XP firewall is just about useless; it is one-directional only and a firewall needs to be bi-directional to be effective. The Vista firewall is somewhat better than the XP firewall, but not in the same category as Zone Alarm or Comodo.
Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 (2009)! =D the main reason why kaaspersky truely is the best, is because it has these main features.
1. Anti-Virus Is Undeniable (runs on its own engine)
2. Firewall Is Untouchable (detects everything)
3. It’s Indestructable (not much viruses can corrupt it)
4. False Positives Are Low (You dont find much FP’s here)
5. It’s My Fav!
Now, if you’re looking into a internet security suite with lower system resources, i looked into ESET Smart Security (thanks, to thefallentherising for recommending it) and i can’t believe it, it uses like 50mb while scanning! thats way to low, great job ESET =D

In my opinion, the Windows XP firewall works great, I have never had any issues with it.
